we create pixel perfect branded backgrounds in house or through a collaboration with your own graphics department to ensure streamlined results in all rooms and webinars

when a talk needs to be prerecorded, our staff will guide speakers through the process, recording different takes and taking note of any editing request if necessary

a designated project manager configures the presentation management system to handle the program in each virtual room. all sessions, recordings, presentations and digital name tags will be available for the specific director, at the correct time
